The French manufacturer of miniature city cars Aixam-Mega presented a new e-Minauto model. The electric car enters the European market already this month and will cost from 12,499 euros. It is reported on the official website of Aixam-Mega.
The new Aixam e-Minauto is a compact two-seater car with a plastic body, which will become a competitor to the Citroen Ami. The electric car weighs only 425 kg, and the size of the electric car can be compared to the Smart.

The Aixam e-Minauto electric car is equipped with an 8.1 hp motor. (6 kW) and 21 Nm. The maximum speed is 45 km/h. In France and a number of other EU countries, you can drive such a car from the age of 16 and without a driver's license.
The battery with a capacity of 5.44 kWh allows you to travel 75 km without recharging. An 8-horsepower diesel version of the model will also be available for 10,499 euros.
