Electric hatchback Renault 5 E-Tech received the first special version with the prefix Roland Garros in the name. The model was timed for the French Open Championship, which will be held from May 20 to June 9.
The “tennis” version can be distinguished by a special color of the body. Shades of Midnight Blue, Starry Black, Pearl White and exclusive Matt Slate Gray are offered for her. They are combined with a grained roof with satin black textile trim and chrome inserts. The limited-edition electric hatchback rides on 18-inch Ecrou alloy wheels.
On the body there are Roland Garros logos, which are framed by cross-hatching. There are the same inscriptions in the interior of the electric car. They are on the door cards and seats with upholstery made of recycled textiles. The transmission lever is made in the form of a tennis racket handle.
The smartphone charging slot has acquired features. It has red clay mixed in to give it a special color reminiscent of clay court battles. The Renault 5 E-Tech is offered with three powerplants, but which one will go to the Roland Garros special version is unknown.
