The company Inverted converted a classic Range Rover from 1990. Instead of the original engine, the car is equipped with an electric motor from Tesla and a custom-made battery with modules from the same Tesla.
It is known that the power plant produces an impressive 450 hp. and 600 Nm of maximum torque. The electrified Range Rover accelerates from a standstill to 100 km/h in just 5 seconds.
In addition to the engine upgrades, Inverted installed a new transmission and limited-slip differential while retaining the all-wheel drive system.
Inverted says the Range Rover can travel about 200 miles on a single battery charge. It is also known that the modernized SUV is equipped with a CCS charging port, which supports a charging speed of up to 75 kW.
The interior of the car has also been significantly updated. The car has new heated leather seats, updated dashboard and more. The Range Rover now also supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto via the updated infotainment display.
In addition, the electric car boasts an air conditioner and heating system, cruise control, etc. It is noted that the price of the modernized British classic car is $312,000.
