The electric VW ID.Buzz debuted in the U.S. with a starting price of $59,995 and is available in three trims, rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. The maximum possible range of the van is up to 377 km.
The first deliveries of the model are expected at the end of 2024. As expected after the model's official debut in July 2023, the ID.Buzz is available in three configurations.
The starting price for the base Pro S trim level is $59,995, the mid-range Pro S Plus is $63,495 and $67,995 for all-wheel drive, while the flagship 1st Edition with all-wheel drive costs $69,995. This means that the ID.Buzz is the most expensive by a Volkswagen brand car in the USA.
The power of the single-motor variants is 286 hp, while the all-wheel drive variant 4Motion AWD produces 340 hp. All versions are equipped with a battery with a capacity of 91 kWh. The maximum range of the single-engine version according to Volkswagen is 377 kilometers, while the all-wheel drive versions can cover 372 km.
The basic version has a wide list of equipment, which includes 20-inch alloy wheels, LED lights with animated effects, a 12.9-inch screen of the infotainment system, a 5.2-inch digital instrument panel.
In addition, the ID.Buzz has three-zone climate control, electric heating and ventilation of the front seats with a massage function, an audio system with 9 speakers and a set of safety technologies under the IQ.DRIVE ADAS banner. The van is available in three interior trims called Copper, Moonlight and Dune.
