Ukrainian regions-leaders in electric vehicle registrations are named

According to Ukravtoprom, during the first half of 2024, more than 24,400 vehicles were added to the Ukrainian fleet. battery-powered vehicles (BEVs). This is 94% more than last year.

The highest indicators of electric vehicle registrations were demonstrated by:

1. Lviv region – 3392 units. (90% used);
2. Kyiv – 3171 units. (63% used);
3. Dnipropetrovsk region – 1926 units (75% used);
4. Kyiv region – 1767 units (69% used);
5. Odesa region – 1459 units (76% used).

In terms of new cars, the Volkswagen ID.4 became the most popular electric car in all these markets.

In the segment of used cars:

• Nissan Leaf – in Lviv region and Odesa region.
• Tesla Model 3 – in the capital and Kyiv region
• Tesla Model Y – in Dnipropetrovsk region.
