The new Volkswagen ID.UNYX was presented in China. The electric crossover goes on the market at a price of 209,900 to 249,900 yuan ($28,900 to 34,400). It is reported on the manufacturer's website.
The Volkswagen ID.UNYX electric car is not an independent model, because it is the twin of the Cupra Tarvascan coupe-crossover. It has a sloping roof, relief sidewalls and a raised rear. The pronounced “nose” is combined with diagonal matrix headlights.
The car is based on the MEV platform, which is also used by the Volkswagen ID.4. However, the coupe-crossover is somewhat larger.

Electric crossover Volkswagen ID.UNYX is offered in rear-wheel drive 231-horsepower and all-wheel drive 340-horsepower versions. The more powerful version starts up to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds, and its maximum speed is limited to 180 km/h.
The Volkswagen ID.UNYX electric car is equipped with an 82 kWh battery. The range is 621 km in the 231-horsepower version and 565 km in the 340-horsepower version.
