Watch A Tesla Cybertruck Tow The Pebble Flow Electric RV
A popular YouTuber, Everyday Chris, has been sharing his experiences with his Tesla Cybertruck on his channel. He recently acquired the Pebble Flow RV, a mobile home created by former Tesla and Apple employees. This sleek camper is powered by a 45 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery and features solar panels on the roof for charging. It also has a bi-directional Nema 14-50 plug for EV charging or home power in emergencies.
The Pebble Flow RV, costing between $109,000 and $125,000, is equipped with dual motors that enhance efficiency while towing. Chris describes the camper’s range as “amazing,” although specific numbers are not disclosed yet. Additionally, the camper can be driven short distances like an RC car using a tablet app, making it easier to hitch and maneuver.
The interior of the Pebble Flow RV is clean and functional, with smart features like smart tint glass in the bathroom for privacy. The camper’s app-controlled Instacamp setting automatically lowers stabilizer jacks and levels the camper on uneven terrain. The camper can also be unhitched, backed into a campsite, and transformed from a lounge area into a bed easily.
During a tow test with the Cybertruck, Chris found the acceleration impressive, despite the size of the load. The downside is that the RV’s most useful features rely on an app, raising concerns about compatibility if the company goes out of business. Overall, the Pebble Flow RV offers a high-tech, user-friendly camping experience for those hesitant about traditional RV ownership.
