Photos of the Honda e:NS2 hit the Internet. An affordable electric crossover will be presented on April 25 at the Beijing Auto Show. About this reports the website Autohome.
The new Honda e:NS2 is a five-seat family electric crossover with a faceted design. It has a high window line and a large angle of inclination of the rear glass. L-shaped LED headlights and taillights, as well as hidden rear door handles, attract attention.
The crossover is based on the platform of the more compact Honda e:NS1 model. The dimensions of the car can be compared with petrol Honda CR-V.
Honda e:NS2 dimensions:
- length – 4787 mm;
- width – 1840 mm;
- height – 1570 mm;
- wheel base – 2735 mm.
The interior of the Honda e:NS2 was not shown, but the pre-production concept had a narrow digital instrument panel and a large touchscreen. The developers also promise a roomy trunk.
The Honda e:NS2 electric car will be equipped with a 204-horsepower motor on the front axle and a battery with a capacity of 68 kWh. The crossover weighing 1775 kg will be able to develop 160 km/h, and its range will be about 500 km.
Production of Honda e:NS2 will be established in China in a joint venture with Dongfeng. This will reduce the cost of an electric car.
